Why me

There is a very specific gap in this field, and I happen to sit in it.

Most ADHD coaches have never studied a nervous system. Most clinicians who have, have never had to run a business on this one.

I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with ten years of clinical practice, a psychology degree from UC Berkeley, and combined type ADHD at the 97th percentile for severity. Inattentive and hyperactive. Both engines, full volume, all the time.

So when you tell me you sat in the parking lot for twenty minutes because you could not make yourself walk in, I am not translating that through a textbook. I have sat in that parking lot. And when I tell you why it happened, that part does come from the textbook, because I spent a decade learning how bodies and nervous systems behave before I ever coached anyone.

The other thing I bring is unglamorous and, I think, the most useful. I built a cash pay medical practice from nothing, with this brain, with no staff to hide behind and no salary to fall back on. Every system I teach exists because I needed it to survive a Tuesday. None of it came out of a book on productivity. All of it has been load tested by someone whose brain will sabotage anything that requires being a different person.

Most of the people I work with are women, and that is on purpose rather than by accident. The version of this condition that gets missed for twenty years, masked into exhaustion, and mistaken for anxiety or a personality problem is the women's version, and it is the one I know from the inside. So that is the version everything here is built around.

Nobody has ever been turned away for not being a woman, and nobody will be. But if you are a woman who has spent two decades being told she is just disorganised, you will not have to explain the basics to me.

Trained

Clinical, not improvised

DACM. California licensed acupuncturist. Diplomate in Oriental Medicine, NCCAOM. B.A. Psychology, UC Berkeley. Studied integrative medicine through UCLA's Department of Medicine, and has guest lectured at UCLA's medical school and taught at UC Berkeley.

Lived

The same brain, not a case study

Combined type ADHD, 97th percentile for severity. I am not working from an inferred model of what your day is like. I am working from mine, corrected by ten years of watching how differently it lands in different people.

Proven on herself first

Built a business on it

A practice built from zero and kept running, on exactly the brain you are being told to fix. Nothing I teach you is theoretical. It is all salvage from something that had to work.

What I am not, said plainly

Coaching is not treatment, and I will not pretend otherwise.

I think you deserve to read this before you read a price, not buried in a footer afterwards.

  • I am not a psychiatrist, a psychologist, or a therapist. My clinical licence is in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and I am not acting as your acupuncturist here.
  • I cannot diagnose ADHD, and I will not try. If you want a diagnosis, I will help you find someone qualified to give you one.
  • I do not treat ADHD, prescribe, or manage medication. Coaching does not replace therapy or medical care, and for many people it works best alongside them.
  • Coaching is an unregulated field. That should make you ask harder questions of everyone in it, including me. Ask them on the call.

What I do is narrower and, in the right hands, extremely effective. I help you understand the mechanism you are actually running on, and then build systems that hold up on your worst day rather than your best one.

See the four ways in, with every price on the page.

Or skip straight to a free twenty minute call and ask me the harder questions directly.
